Insight Investments Appoints Jeremiah Fitzgerald to Board of Directors

Orange, CA —July 8, 2009— Insight Investments Corp., the industry experts in technology finance, today announced that Jeremiah Fitzgerald has been named to the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Fitzgerald currently serves on Insight Investment’s senior management team as General Counsel responsible for all of the Company's legal and corporate governance matters. With over 30 years of legal and business experience, Mr. Fitzgerald will continue to assist Insight Investments with achieving its growth, financial and operational objectives.

Mr. Fitzgerald joined Insight Investments, Corp. in 2004 with extensive domestic and international legal and business experience, including technology transactions, acquisitions, management, corporate governance, corporate finance, executive compensation and employee benefits. Prior to joining Insight Investments, he was senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary of Comdisco, Inc.
