Insight Investments, Corp. Names Chief Financial Officer
Orange, CA January 16, 2007 Insight Investments Corporation (IIC) announced today that David S. Wang has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer effective February 1, 2007. As CFO, Wang will oversee Insight's accounting and finance efforts. He will also develop and maintain relationships with analysts, investors and lenders.
Prior to his appointment as CFO, Wang served as vice president, Strategic Planning for Insight. Wang has worked on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking Division, where he focused on M&A and corporate finance. He also has experience as a logistics manager/process engineer at Procter & Gamble. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
