INSIGHT SYSTEMS EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY

  1. Upon notification of a valid claim, ISE will provide a call tag to provide for the return of the defective equipment at ISE's expense. At its discretion, ISE may provide for an advance cross ship depot warranty in order to provide Buyer with replacement Equipment prior to having received the damaged Equipment.
  2. All damaged items should be returned to ISE at the address at the bottom of the page, and packed to insure against shipping damage. The RMA number issued to you by ISE's Customer Service Department must be plainly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Our technical staff will repair or replace your damaged or inoperable equipment. ISE will ship the repaired or replacement product at our expense.
  4. If the Equipment returned is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged a $30 inspection fee plus shipping to have the Equipment returned to you.
  5. All Equipment returned for credit must be complete (i.e. all manuals, keyboards, cables, a/c adapters, external CD-ROMs or floppy drives, etc.)
  6. If the problem is due to a cause not covered by this limited warranty, ISE will advise you of estimated costs to repair or replace the equipment.
  7. To facilitate advance shipments of replacement Equipment, ISE will send Buyer an Invoice (referencing to the RMA Number) for the purchase price of the replacement equipment. If Buyer returns the damaged Equipment within 21 days from the date of the issuance of the RMA number, this invoice will be voided by the issuance of a credit memo. If the damaged Equipment is not returned to ISE within the 21 day period, the invoice will be due and payable in accordance with its terms.
